Monte Bell focuses in the areas of real estate law, estate planning and administration, business law, and personal injury. Monte has practiced before several local magistrate and county courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and served as an Assistant District Attorney for Indiana County from 2015 to 2019.
A large portion of Monte's practice is dedicated to representing clients in the purchase, sale, or refinance of residential and commercial properties, including construction loans, investment property transactions, foreclosure and tax sales, short sales, and bank-owned property transactions. He has extensive experience in searching title to properties, resolving and removing defects or clouds on title, and the filing of quiet title actions, when necessary. Monte works closely with real estate agents, banks, and mortgage lenders and is committed to providing a smooth closing experience for all parties involved.
A native of Blairsville, Pennsylvania, Monte attended Western Michigan University - Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude in 2012 in the top 10% of his class. He received his undergraduate degree from Grove City College in 2004, where he majored in History and Political Science. While at Grove City, Monte was a four-time all-conference defensive lineman and captain on the football team.
