Paul Bell has more than 40 years practicing law in Indiana County. His practice areas include estate planning and administration, real estate law, business law, and personal injury. In his career, Paul served as a staff attorney for Laurel Legal Services, Inc, an Indiana County assistant public defender, and Indiana County assistant district attorney. Presently, he serves as solicitor for the Indiana County Domestic Relations Section. Paul has handled numerous cases before the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana and Westmoreland Counties and has appeared before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.
Paul graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1978. He attended Princeton University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in 1975. He is the father of three children. Paul is a native of Blairsville, Pennsylvania and has served the community in various ways and positions.
